Two questions:
1) Do you get paid to do interviews?
2) Why isn't a bigger deal made of the fact that you co-created the Ventrilquist? It's mentioned every now and then, but no one ever really gives it the credit it deserves. I mean, come on, it's the Ventriloquist. He's right up there with Scarecrow and Two-Face! |

We "rescued" this interview that Norm gave last summer to another site. It was misfiled and so lost soon after its original posting, in a hacker raid.
The site in question is soon to close up shop, and in preparing for such this gem was uncovered.
A mutual friend suggested we bring the article at last to the public eye.
I like it. |

George:
1) No. Never.
2) I don't know that I haven't been getting enough credit as a co-creator of the Ventriloquist. Can you give me an example of a venue where it should've been noted but wasn't? _________________ Like snow in summer

1) That's pretty nice of you to make time to answer all of those questions. Then again, you do answer all of our questions all the time for free as well.
2) There isn't a specific incident. More of a generalization. Sort of like, "Hey, let's get Breyfogle to create some more characters for us. He did create the Ventriloquist." He's one of my favorite Batman villains in case you didn't know. |

The Ventriloquist is one of my very fave Batman villains, too. I'm still amazed, after all these years, that no one before Alan Grant thought to adapt that kind of horror icon as a Batman villain.
As for my answering interview questions, I consider doing so to be good advertising, and therefore well worth my time. _________________ Like snow in summer
